We have been creating amazing, original drinks and providing outstanding service for 12 years, and are considered a Fitzroy institution. We are best known for our Cocktails – we have something for everyone, from fruity, to boozy, you can find anything your tastebuds are craving, or if not, you can ask one of our experienced bar staff to suggest or make up a Cocktail especially to your specifications! We also stock a wide selection of local and international beers, spirits, liquors, wines and champagnes. Our list of Absinthe is the best in Melbourne, as we are one of the only venues in Australia that is allowed to stock the best Absinthe's from around the world. For the designated driver or non-drinker, we make mocktails suited especially to your taste, and great coffee with our beans being supplied by the local coffee makers, Atomica. Polly’s atmosphere is Moulin Rogue meets 1920s cruise liner – with red walls, extremely comfy couches and lounges; we keep the music low so that you can enjoy your conversation along with your tasty drink. Our cocktails are now available as delicious truffles! Each are especially handmade for us and are made using the exact same alcohol that goes into our cocktails.
We have in the Bourbon Butter, Floating Fairy, Black Magic, Espresso Martini and The Mistress inspired truffles, each are equivalent to one standard drink, and at $6 each, they are a very tasty alternative to your usual Polly tipple.
