Polly’s Bar Manager Dave Whitehead has officially be working at Polly for a decade. Dave has mentored and trained many individuals who have gone on to be leaders in the industry, developed countless cocktail menus, and won countless cocktail competitions; yet still can’t find his way out of these four maroon walls. To celebrate the date which others would choose not to remember, we have decided to throw Dave a cocktail competition comedy roast – and give back the only know we know how.
