Spoil your mum with something a little different this Mother’s Day.

Polly’s unique cocktail class is held around our working bar. The class runs for two hours with participants are greeted on arrival by one of our expert bartenders and a glass of sparkling. During the course of the class, participants are shown how to shake, muddle and stir like a pro, learning heaps of tips to continue their cocktail creations at home. Over the course of the class, each participant makes, and drinks three cocktails and are served share charcuterie platter(s). The class is $80 per person for cocktails or $60 per person for mocktails, and we are also able to accommodate participants with a range of dietary requirements.
