Polly is perfect for any bucks night, we provide unique buck’s night experiences, such as our whisky classes, or book out our Private Function Room for a great space for all the guys to get together and get unlimited drink packages! All in order to to celebrate the lucky bucks special milestone!
PRIVATE ROOM & DRINK PACKAGES

Have a private room for you and your best mates to enjoy unlimited drinks, get some entertainment, and celebrate your buck heading into the next stage of his life!
Perks of Function Room;
– Private room with the ability to hire exotic entertainers
– 3 large TV’s to watch sports, or slideshows of hilarious memories of the lucky buck
– Private cigarette smoking atrium, for all those social smokers
(if you would like to smoke cigars please request this, as cigar smoking can only be held in our main bar atrium).
Drinks Package Prices:
Unlimited rotating tap beer, basic spirits & mixers, wine, & soft drink for selected hours;
2 hours: $60 per person
3 hours: $70 per person
Minimum 15 guests on Friday nights, & 20 guests on Saturday nights. Or minimum spend applies.

WHISKY & CIGAR FLIGHT
Don’t need a Private Room, but instead would like a reserved area in our main bar, we have you covered.
Celebrate your upcoming nuptials in style with a whisky and cigar evening with the gentlemen. Each guest is treated to a whisky flight allowing you to sample four of our premium whisky’s at your leisure. After the tasting is complete, each guest guests an old fashioned cocktail to enjoy. This can be paired with a cigar that can be purchased on the night or prior.

No minimum number of guests, however this package does have to be pre-ordered.
MAD MEN COCKTAIL CLASS
Learn how to make the ultimate in Mad Men cocktails – old fashions, manhattans and martinis. Each guest is greeted on arrival with a pot of beer, over 2 hours participants make and drink three Mad Men classics that would put Don Draper to shame. Polly also provides a selection of cheese/charcuterie for guests to enjoy.
$85 per person, min 6 people
ABSINTHE APPRECIATION CLASS
Over the course of an hour, started with a 15 minute introduction from an expert, sit back and try & enjoy absinthe served traditionally. Sample four distinct absinthe’s which highlight different characteristics and techniques used to make this mysterious and misunderstood spirit. Each participants learns how to drink absinthe the ‘traditional’ way. Find out why Polly is known for our absinthe selection and staff’s incredible knowledge.
$55 per person, minimum class size is 2 people.
