Appreciation through experience. Our classes include a careful blend of education and experience to suit all tastes. Enjoy an introduction to whisky, how whisky is made and learning the differences between blended and single malts. You will be taken through the cask and ageing journey and learn what whisky is right for you. Enjoy a pot of beer on arrival, and then over two hours sit back and relax as you taste 5 whisky samples from around the world, and then enjoy a Whisky Old Fashion at your leisure. We also provide share platters during the class to help cleanse the palette. Tickets are $80 per person....

If you don’t make up the minimum number for a private class (eight people) you are welcome to book into one of our public cocktail classes. We run these bi-monthly – either book into a class today or join the Polly Membership to get updates when new class schedules are released. The Polly team will provide the ‘know how’, ingredients and equipment and all you need to bring is the enthusiasm in our interactive cocktail making class. Our cocktail making class is a ‘hands on’ event which will teach you the techniques to mixing and shaking your own cocktails like a pro. Your personal Polly mixologist will guide you through the process of making three cocktails to perfection.
