Now we use the cherry-infused aperitif with prosecco, soda and a dash of lemon myrtle & hibiscus-infused honey water. [vegan] OLD MATE Everyone's old mate gets a fresh look, styled with Aperol, apple, lime, rhubarb, blueberry and rosemary.
